Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click "My Account" or "Sign in" located in the upper right of the sreen to go to My Account page. Click View Order Status and look for the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Order Status Meaning
- Pending — Your items in the shopping cart, but has not gone through the checkout process.
- Awaiting Payment — You have completed the checkout process, but payment has yet to be confirmed.
- Awaiting Fulfillment — You have completed the checkout process and payment has been confirmed.
- Awaiting Shipment — Your order has been fully processed, an email notification about estimated ship date has been sent to your attention.
- Awaiting Pickup — Your order has been shipped. No recipient available at time of delivery. Please check your shipment tracking information for a specified pickup location.
- Partially Shipped — only some items in your order have been shipped. Please contact us for details.
- Shipped — Your order has been shipped, an email notification with shipment tracking information has been sent to your attention.
- Cancelled — Your order has been cancelled per your request. Please contact us if you believe it is an error.
- Refunded — Your order has been fully refunded.
