Bridal Couture Store offers the following Returns Policy:
We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns or special measurement gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 25% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. Bridal Couture Store has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
We will accept returns on new un-touched non-dyed shoes (we recommend wearing socks when trying on shoes). Shoes that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a 25% restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe returns. All shoes must be returned within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the shoes and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All shoes must be returned to us 7 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. Shoes must not be worn or dyed. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees.
ATTENTION : Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the shoe size of your order will fit to your expectation due to the size specification of every shoe factory varies among different brands. Shoes returned for the reason of your ordered size does not fit to your expectation will incur the 25% restocking fee charged by the shoe factory, shipping fees both ways (which includes the fees we pay to ship your original order and the fees we ship the returned shoes back to the factory) and payment transaction fees.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils and Accessories.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves Bridal Couture Store. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, we must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the "damaged" merchandise and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All returns must be returned to us 8 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Bridal Couture Store will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. Bridal Couture Store will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier.
All Wedding Gown orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 25% of the Merchandise purchase price. Bridal Couture Store reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. Bridal Couture Store shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.
All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the phone. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Accessories or Shoes. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed orders. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to purchasing the gown.
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
Bridal Couture Store will not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
